Dear Future Children wins FIFDH Audience Award

Together we have done it again!

DEAR FUTURE CHILDREN won the Audience Award of the International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (FIFDH) - moreover as the youngest team ever to participate in the festival.

The FIFDH was a particularly important film festival for us - not least because of the internationally renowned standpoint, but especially because of the thematic orientation towards human rights issues and activism. This gave us the chance to reach a thematically particularly interested audience and at the same time to exchange experiences with and measure ourselves against international competition and big names.

Thanks to the fantastic support of many individuals, activists, organisations and institutions, as well as the remarkable commitment of our entire team, we once again succeeded in inspiring a large number of people for DEAR FUTURE CHILDREN.

The result has been overwhelming:

Tickets for our film were already sold out by the middle of the festival. However, together with our film distributor Camino, we were able to increase the contingent to give even more people the chance to watch DEAR FUTURE CHILDREN at the FIFDH.

By winning the Audience Award, we again received the most important festival prize and thus set another sign for the relevance and interest in the topics of our film.

We would also like to take this opportunity to praise the entire FIFDH team, which has always been able to support us to a great extent and has made it possible for the festival to run smoothly in digital form.

To all those who have not yet had the chance to watch DEAR FUTURE CHILDREN, we would like to give a positive outlook: Two more big and very important festivals are already coming up for the next month. We will inform you about the exact dates as soon as possible.

We are very grateful for your fantastic support and are already looking forward to the next screenings.
